Connecting & Empowering LGBTQ+ Communications Professionals.

The UK's dedicated network for public affairs, PR and internal communications. We do three things, and we do them properly.

Networking

Large-scale events that put agency, in-house and public policy communicators in the same room.

Mentoring Scheme

12-month pairings that match mentees with mentors from outside their own organisation.

Executive Roundtables

Closed, peer-level sessions for Directors and Heads of Comms. Small tables, frank conversations.

New research: the InterComms LGBTQ+ Census

The first study of its kind into LGBTQ+ people working in PR and comms.

107 professionals across agencies, in-house teams, the public sector, charities and freelance roles. Surveyed July to September 2026 on inclusion, the political climate, progression, pay and who's in the room at the top.

The findings will shape our next listening sessions and our Guide for Good, a shared set of commitments built with the industry.

  • 89%

report an impact from the current political or cultural climate

  • 69%

    have experienced inappropriate workplace behaviour

  • 51%

see no LGBTQ+ representation in senior leadership
